Dr. Hash received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1969 from Washington University, a Master of Arts and certificate in treatment of neurological disorders in 1974 from the University of Southern California, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 1996 from the University of Southern California.
