Southwest Baptist University Annual Objectives

Annual objectives are determined by the President and his cabinet after recommendations are made by UPAC committees. These committees meet throughout the year to monitor the University's progress toward our five-year initiatives, and to consider specific objectives to help the University achieve those initiatives. This system allows the University to adapt quickly to changing environmental conditions and respond appropriately to new opportunities.

Annual objectives are distributed to employees at the back-to-school workshop held each August prior to the start of the fall semester. The list of objectives also is available online and in the president's office.
