Educational and Professional Background: Cochran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Art and in History from Southwest Baptist University in 1984. He has worked professionally as a graphic designer for over 20 years.
Interests and Hobbies: His primary interest is spending time with his family and his main hobby is playing bluegrass music.
