Mission Statement:
The Office of Institutional Research and Assessment facilitates the collection and
interpretation of institutional and assessment data in order to inform decision making at all
levels of the institution for the purposes of promoting student learning and spiritual growth.

Vision Statement:
IRA guides and supports institutional planning and assessment activities by:

     . Providing the university community with appropriate data related to faculty,
       students, enrollment, and other university needs.
     . Coordinating responses to external surveys from governmental and accrediting
       agencies.
    . Promoting the development of clearly articulated student learning outcomes and
       assessment plans.
    . Coordinating assessment activity in academic units, general education,
       student life, and spiritual life.
    . Collecting and disseminating planning and assessment data.
    . Assisting with planning and data analysis.
