LPN Bridge: LPN to ASN
LPN Application
LPNs who are licensed in Missouri and IV-Certified may apply for the ASN program.
LPNs must:
- Meet admission criteria for Southwest Baptist University
- Meet admission criteria for the ASN program
- Pass the Admission Test
- Pass the Evolve/Reach Fundamentals Exam
- Complete or be enrolled in the following courses:
- CHE 1104 Principles of Chemistry
- BIO 2204 Anatomy & Physiology I
- BIO 3304 Anatomy & Physiology II
- ENG 1113 English Composition I
- PSY 1013 General Psychology
- PSY 3063 Human Growth and Development
- NUR 2002 LPN Bridge
After the above 20-23 credit hours have been completed, the LPN will enter the AS program at the third semester level
