Education / Professional background: Depeé has a B.S. in Educ. from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a M.S. Educ. from Southwest Baptist University, and an Ed.S. from Missouri State University. Taught elementary grades in Mississippi, Missouri and Texas. Served as Elementary Principal and Superintendent in Missouri.
