Master of Science in Education - Athletic/Activity Administration
The Master of Science in Education with emphasis in athletic/activity administration is designed for individuals who desire to create positive and lasting change in the schools and students they serve through the organization and administration of athletics and activities. The 34-hour program will prepare educators for professional responsibility, leadership, accountability and service in today’s athletic/activity departments. The program will prepare graduates for:
- Professional responsibility, leadership and accountability for continuous improvement in today’s schools.
- Impacting policy makers through relationship building, research and communication.
- Implementing, supervising and evaluating athletic/activity programs designed to set expectations for higher achievement for all students.
- Working with internal and external organizations in the acquisition of alternative funding, foundation development and partnerships.
