Eight unit modern, split-level apartment complex houses Junior and Senior men and women, or students requiring year-round housing accommodations. Each apartment unit accommodates four students or houses a total of 32 occupants. Each apartment is fully furnished with two full sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen and living unit, a washer and dryer unit, and cable t.v access and dial-up computer network access. The complex is staffed by an apartment manager at the McVicker House located adjacent to the Roseman Apartments.
