In accordance with the Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act (P.L. 101-542), SBU provides students with information about SBU's retention and graduation rates.
SBU asks all graduates to complete a survey at the time of graduation to report their future plans regarding employment, continuing education or military service. The percentages presented here are calculated based on the total number of respondents.
"Total Placement" includes graduates who report they have full- or part-time employment, continuing education, or military service secured by graduation. "Continuing Education" also is included in the total.
